Because studio time slots are limited, heavily requested, and booked in advance, we enforce a strict No-Refund Policy to ensure fairness to all our clients and maintain operational efficiency.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: All payments made for hourly studio rentals, workshop bookings, choreography shoots, or package purchases are 100% non-refundable.

  • No Refunds for Unused Time: If you book the studio for a specific duration but leave early, or fail to utilize your entire booked time slot, no partial or full refunds will be issued.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to arrive for your scheduled booking without prior written notification (as per our rescheduling guidelines below), your booking will be marked as a No-Show.

  • No-shows completely forfeit their payment, and the slot cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Rescheduling & Adjustments

We understand that emergencies and creative delays happen. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer flexibility for rescheduling under the following conditions:

  • Advance Notice Required: To request a reschedule, you must contact us via WhatsApp (+91 7066113000) or email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

  • Subject to Availability: Approved reschedules are strictly subject to studio availability on our operational days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  • Late Notice: Any rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the booking will not be entertained, and the payment for that session will be lost.

4. Studio Technical Issues or Force Majeure

  • In the highly unlikely event that XLNC Studio must cancel your booking due to unforeseen emergencies, extreme weather, power outages, or internal technical failures, you will be offered the choice of a priority reschedule slot or a full refund for that specific disrupted session.
